Bethel Media Production Values:
- Filming/Production must be respectful of all other site activities, property management, and services provided on Bethel property.
- The rental or usage fee/payment must cover all variable and direct cost and be reasonable.
- Unacceptable production conduct includes: pornography, excessive violence, disrespectful or hateful themes, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by Bethel.
- “In-kind” donation may be considered if the organization provides proof of charitable intention or provides 501 C (3)/ not-for profit paperwork.
- The Production must provide a minimum of $1 million in general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is required. Production is responsible for full cost of all damages or repairs incurred during usage.
- All contracts are to be signed off by a Director and Producer (or comparably responsible parties) of the production.
- Content must be furnished to Bethel in advance of Filming. Bethel reserves the right to refuse filming at any time due to content of project.
- Production representative must be available for contact at all times of filming by any Bethel Representative.
